I guess I'm a nerd, but I'd like to see some flow control - if, for, while loops, or switch/case if you want to make it really... whatever that would be.

might want to look into what is possible, when a card is dealt, you should remove it from the deck.
I just had a hand of 4 2s of diamonds, and the opponent had 2 more. Never seen a deck of cards with 6 2s of the same suit...

finally something new! nice work.

suggestions: jazzmaster body!!! (I have 3, so yeah I'm a little partial), maybe some hollowbodies. how about being able to choose the bridge and/or tremolo? and if you are really feeling ambitious, custom bass.

here's a quick lesson in how to make a game not fun:
- 15 monsters with enough bullets to kill 4 and no other way to damage them. The whole luring them to one side then running to the other thing is ok once. and only then if you foolishly wasted all your bullets with something else. not twice, not exploring a room that way; once.
- ok, I read the intro the first time, the fact that I had to sit and wait for it to pass the second ... well I didn't try a second time because of that.

Normally I cringe when I see a front page description that says "unique" because they so rarely are.
as far as I know, this game is unique. I finished it and am craving more. Music was perfect - a rare accomplishment as well.

really good.
only thing I'd change is think about making the first level a little slower to allow players to get the hang of it, as it does take a bit.
also maybe make the keys configurable (or just make up = rotate like most tetris games).
